We are sorry that you are experiencing an issue with one of our item(s). As your purchase is covered by the Consumer Purchase Act, this means that you can either get a faulty item repaired, replaced, refunded or a price reduction depending on the situation.
It is required that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not the result of incorrect use of the product.
A claim must be made within a reasonable time upon discovering the issue at hand.
We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible and no later than two 2 months after a defect is discovered.
In the subject line please state your order number and the word 'claim'.
For us to swiftly process your claim, we kindly as you to:
- Send us a brief description of how the damage or defect occurred.
- Send us 2-3 images along with a description for us to better determine the fault in question. The defect must be clearly visible on at least one of the images.
In addition, please ensure that your pictures show the entire product including the front and back of the item.
Once we have received your request we will process your claim as quickly as possible.
You will be notified by email of the outcome.
We will exchange the claimed item if we have it in stock, otherwise a refund will be issued.
Once your claim has been approved we recommend that you return the item(s) as soon as possible. Instruction on how to do this, will be given in the approval email received.
