Refunds & Exchanges

If you are not happy with the product, you can return it!

During 30 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition.

You can of course try on the clothes and handle it as you would when trying on clothes in a fitting room.

Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
All exchanges are subject to availability.

How do I ship back the items?

The items should be shipped back to our warehouse in Denmark on your expense
(if you are a customer located in Denmark, we can offer you to purchase a return label from us at the cost of 35DKK).

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request via: returns center.

We do not accept parcel shop deliveries. All returns & exchanges must be sent directly to the mentioned address.

How do I Return & Exchange Items?

- Visit our returns center
- Enter your order number and email address to start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days from the date of purchase
- In unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards

The item I received is damaged!
- If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?
- We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants.
- Once the exchange request is approved after having received the return parcel, the replaced item will be shipped to you. 

How Soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email.
You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
When approved and us having received the returned parcel, the request will be processed
within 5 - 7 working days after inspection and approval.
