Refunds & Exchanges

If you are not happy with the product, you can return it!

During 30 days following the day of delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in the same condition as you received them in.

You can of course try on the clothes and handle it as you would when trying on clothes in a fitting room.

- Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- All exchanges are subject to availability.

How do I ship back the items?

If you wish to ship back items, kindly use this link to our return portal to start your return process:

- The items should be shipped back to our warehouse in Denmark at your own expense.

- (if you are a customer located in Denmark, we offer the purchase of a return label from us at the cost of 35DKK).

- If you choose to exchange items, the parcel sent to you with the new items will be shipped on our expense.

- We do not accept parcel shop deliveries. All returns & exchanges must be sent directly to the mentioned address.

How do I Return & Exchange Items?

1. Visit our returns center
2. Enter your order number and email address to start.
3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return and/or exchange.
4. Once your request is approved automatically, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days from the date of delivery of your purchase
- In unused and re-sellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact

Can items be exchanged?
- We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants.
- Once the exchange request is approved and having received the return parcel, the replaced item will be shipped to you on our expense.

What items are non-refundable?
- Gift cards

What are the refund options?
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit 

The item I received is damaged!
- If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

How Soon will I get my refund?

- Once your return parcel is received and inspected at our warehouse, you will be notified via email. 

- Exchanges will be shipped 1-2 working days after one's return parcel has been inspected.

- It may take up to 5-7 working days from the date we inspect your return package before the amount is visible on your account.

- You will be informed about the status of your refund once the card transfer is issued.
